libgcr-3-common software package provides Library for Crypto UI related tasks - common files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcr-3-common
libgcr-3-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcr-3-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcr-3-common *
